The TCUP Hub Leaders’ Forum, an annual gathering of STEM educators from NSF-TCUP eligible institutions, provides an opportunity for faculty and administrators to meet with National Science Foundation program directors, share best practices, and learn about new funding opportunities.

This year’s gathering will be held October 8-10 in Washington, DC at the historic Omni Shoreham Hotel. The event is open to all TCUP-eligible institutions, including those without a current TCUP award.

According to the draft agenda (available here), the three-day event will welcome new awardees, discuss organizational changes within the National Science Foundation, and include presentations and panel discussions on topics ranging from strategic planning to AI.

Room reservations can be made by using the following link: https://bookings.omnihotels.com/event/washington-dc-shoreham/united-tribes-technical-college. The Omni Shoreham, located in a park-like setting, is conveniently close to Rock Creek Park, the National Zoo and other Washington landmarks.

The TCUP Hub can support travel costs for a limited number of participants who do not have a current TCUP award. For more information, please contact Hub Assistant Director Lori Brown (lbrown@uttc.edu).
