Leaders’ Forums are annual gatherings of STEM educators from NSF-TCUP eligible institutions, providing an opportunity for faculty and administrators to meet with National Science Foundation program directors, share best practices, learn about new funding opportunities, and receive professional development to improve the quality of their projects.

The first Leaders’ Forum was held in 2010. While previous gatherings were limited to institutions with active TCUP awards, the Hub now welcomes participation by all eligible institutions, regardless of funding status. Travel funds may be available for participants without active awards.

The 2025 Leaders’ Forum was held November 13-15 in Washington DC. PowerPoint presentations made at the 2025 meeting are archived in our Resources page.
