Photo: J\u00fcrgen Matern, CC BY-SA 3.0, via Wikimedia Commons<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">The TCUP Hub Leaders\u2019 Forum, an annual gathering of STEM educators from NSF-TCUP eligible institutions, provides an opportunity for faculty and administrators to meet with National Science Foundation program directors, share best practices, and learn about new funding opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s gathering will be held October 8-10 in Washington, DC at the historic Omni Shoreham Hotel. The event is open to all TCUP-eligible institutions, including those without a current TCUP award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the draft agenda (available <a href=\"https:\/\/tcup-hub.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Travel-Agenda_Draft.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>), the three-day event will welcome new awardees, discuss organizational changes within the National Science Foundation, and include presentations and panel discussions on topics ranging from strategic planning to AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Room reservations can be made by using the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/bookings.omnihotels.com\/event\/washington-dc-shoreham\/united-tribes-technical-college\">https:\/\/bookings.omnihotels.com\/event\/washington-dc-shoreham\/united-tribes-technical-college<\/a>. The Omni Shoreham, located in a park-like setting, is conveniently close to Rock Creek Park, the National Zoo and other Washington landmarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The TCUP Hub can support travel costs for a limited number of participants who do not have a current TCUP award.
